Delete your data

No account is required

Paint Clouds stores canvas data only on your device and does not send product-usage analytics. Adult purchase options use an anonymous RevenueCat purchase-support identifier. No account is required.

Delete saved Gallery skies

  1. Open Paint Clouds on the device where the sky was saved.
  2. Open Gallery.
  3. Choose the trash button on each saved sky and confirm deletion.

The saved canvas and its preview are permanently removed from that device.

Delete local session data

Use Clear in the canvas to remove the current autosaved painting. To remove every saved sky and local setting at once, clear Paint Clouds site/app storage in system settings or uninstall the app.

Purchase records

Open Settings → Full version after a parent or guardian completes the adult age gate to find the anonymous purchase support ID. Send that ID through the support page to request deletion of the matching RevenueCat customer record. Google Play or Apple may retain transaction records under their own legal and accounting requirements. Deleting a RevenueCat customer may remove full-version access until an eligible store purchase is restored.

If you no longer have the device

Paint Clouds has no account or server copy of your Gallery, so the developer cannot recover or delete data from a device you no longer control.
