Quick checks

Gallery saves work offline and remain on the device where they were created.
If the renderer appears paused, close any open Guide, Gallery, or Share overlay.
On mobile, rotate to landscape for the full canvas workspace.
Deleting site data or uninstalling the app permanently removes local sessions and saved Gallery skies.

Privacy or deletion request

Review the Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions. Paint Clouds has no accounts or server-side Gallery, so support cannot recover data removed from a device. Purchase requests should include the anonymous purchase support ID shown in the Menu → Settings after adult confirmation.
