Privacy Policy

Paint Clouds is a creative cloud-painting app published by Georgi Kostov. It has no advertising, account registration or cross-app tracking. Painting and tutorial activity are not sent to an analytics service. A parent or guardian can optionally open the one-time full-version purchase.

Information the app handles

On-device canvas data. Your current painting, preferences, and saved Gallery skies are stored locally so the app can restore them on that device.
Gallery content. When you choose “Save sky,” the canvas state, its name, settings, and small preview remain in the app or browser’s local storage and are not uploaded to Paint Clouds servers.
Optional purchase processing. RevenueCat is initialized only after a parent or guardian confirms on the device that they are an adult opening purchase options. RevenueCat then creates a random anonymous purchase-support identifier and processes product, entitlement, purchase-history, locale, currency, app, operating-system, and basic technical request information needed to display prices, validate a purchase, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide purchase reporting. After adult confirmation, the app also reports when a priced purchase screen is visible, together with its screen and offering identifiers, to understand purchase conversion and support future purchase-screen experiments. Paint Clouds does not send RevenueCat names, email addresses, canvas content, advertising identifiers, or a date of birth.
Private adult confirmation. Paint Clouds does not ask for a date of birth. Only a successful adult-or-guardian confirmation and the date of that confirmation are stored locally for up to one year. The confirmation is not sent to Paint Clouds, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple, or another party by this feature.
Technical request data. The hosting provider may process standard network data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

How information is used

Local information is used only to provide session restore, Gallery storage, exports, age-appropriate access to purchase options, and locally cached full-version access. Purchase information is used for purchase validation, entitlement access, restoration, fraud prevention, support, and RevenueCat purchase reporting. Paint Clouds does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

Storage and service providers

The website is delivered by Vercel, which may process ordinary request data to serve and protect the site. Optional native purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat. RevenueCat advertising-identifier collection, attribution integrations, and diagnostics are disabled in the app configuration. Gallery records and previews remain on your device. Photos you export are written only to the location or app you select.

Retention and deletion

Local session data remains until you clear the canvas, reset the app/site data, or uninstall. Saved Gallery skies remain until you delete them. The private adult-confirmation result expires after one year. Store and RevenueCat purchase records may be retained as required for entitlement, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. See the data deletion instructions.

Children

Paint Clouds is designed for a general audience, including children aged six and older. Painting and tutorial activity are not sent to an analytics service. Purchase-screen reporting starts only after adult confirmation. RevenueCat is not initialized for a child or a user of unknown age; purchase options sit behind the parent-or-guardian gate described above. The free demo includes the first three guided stages, five cloud brushes, Fog, Virga, and free bear, cat, and rabbit paintings. The one-time full version opens Free Sky, later stages, every brush, and later phenomena. Essential controls, the readable Sky Guide, and local creative data do not require a purchase. Paint Clouds does not collect information from children for advertising or profiling, request a name, email address, precise location, or contacts, and Gallery content remains on the device.
